Qualified candidates will hold an effective Ohio Elementary Principal license, demonstrate skill in oral and written communication, demonstrate ability to work with students, parents, teachers, staff, and community, demonstrate understanding of building level curriculum, instruction, and assessment, demonstrate record of successful teaching and leadership in education.
