About the role
Daimler Trucks Somerton is seeking for an experienced Parts Interpreter who is both dedicated, enthusiastic, and looking for a new challenge in the commercial vehicle parts industry. This position involves interpreting van and light truck parts whilst delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
To secure this role you will need the following experience and attributes:
- Experience in interpreting spare parts
- Previous experience as a parts interpreter or similar role in a fast-paced retail parts operation
- Good work ethic
- Strong customer service focus
- Sound time management skills
- Be self-motivated and team orientated
- A good mechanical aptitude
- Respond efficiently and effectively to all customer and Workshop enquiries
- Good administration and organisational skills
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with good written and verbal skills
- Reliable and punctual person with a “Can Do Approach”
- A valid Australian driver’s license; own transport
