A world-renowned consumer goods company is currently seeking a Senior IT Manager. This role requires extensive experience in the planning and implementation of large-scale enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will work closely with the Technology Director to establish a robust and efficient enterprise system environment to support business operations and growth. You will provide in-depth and meticulous analysis reports in line with the company's development strategy to assist management in business decision-making
- You will also support the integration of eCommerce platforms and digital products based on data and process needs in line with the enterprise architecture framework. As the sole owner of end-to-end data analytic services, you will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, delivering, and operating data analytics services. You will ensure timely data provisioning and reporting, in accordance with the established operational support model
- In addition, as the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of talented individuals. This includes setting individual and team expectations, delegating assignments, managing performance, identifying talent needs, and coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential
