Training Manager, Allergan Aesthetics [Turkey]


 

Job Description

  • Training in facial brands as well as limited Body Contouring for all commercial roles in Country
  • Understanding the overall business at a country level and taking insights from different industry sources and data to make strong recommendations on training solutions and plans to leaders
  • Conducting field visits to gain an understanding of strengths and gaps in the field force, to make strong recommendations for focused training

  • Working closely and consulting with stakeholders a country level to build a robust strategic training plan that is in line with the business needs and maximises resources from the International Training & Capabilities team
  • Successfully implementing international training curricula, learner journeys, programmes and materials, where relevant
  • Delivering brand knowledge training in collaboration with Marketing and Medical colleagues
  • Delivering customer engagement skill training programmes, with subject matter experts where appropriate
  • Supporting and embedding Key Account Management across Allergan Aesthetics
  • Designing and developing curricula, programmes and materials where there are needs, with no aligned international solutions. Working with vendors where relevant
  • Agreeing desired outcome from training with stakeholders, as well as methods to measure and evaluate the success of training. Working closely with leaders to ensure strong follow up of programmes to drive a successful outcome
  • Driving change in the organisation through successfully implementing new training strategies, concepts and initiatives
  • Driving a coaching culture in leaders
  • Working closely with Medical Affairs and Regulatory to ensure efficient and thorough approval of all brand materials
  • Measuring all training initiatives through all levels of Kirpatrick’s evaluation to ensure that initiatives result in a positive change in behaviours as well as result in strong business outcomes
  • Acting as a coach when required for customer facing roles (Product Specialist, KAM/SAM, Regional Sales Managers)
  • Running specific knowledge and skills assessments throughout the year to continually measure the capabilities within the organisation. Develops specific follow up plans with leaders.
  • Working closely with the international training and capabilities team. Contributes to the international strategic plan through sharing needs of the business, as well as driving the training strategy of Allergan Aesthetics
  • Managing and tracking the training budget


Qualification

  • Management experience
  • Vendor and procurement management
  • Significant experience in the Pharmaceutical industry including proven track record in healthcare sales, management and/or sales training
  • At least 3-5 years of working in a training position.
  • Experience in commercial roles or training commercial roles such as Representative, Key Account Manager or Sales Manager
  • Solid IT literacy with experience of CRM and remote training platforms.
  • Understanding of latest training/learning methodologies, content development and delivery approaches.
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance in the pharma industry
  • Mobile around affiliate for field visits where required
  • Basic project and budget management
  • Working in a matrix organization
  • Emotional intelligence and impactful engagement at multiple organization levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and fluency in English.
  • Excellent Training delivery skills including presentation and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrates strong influencing and negotiating skills
