Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle and organize incoming and outgoing fruit shipments.
- Ensure accurate labeling, sorting, and storing of fruit products in the warehouse.
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory records.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and storage areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Perform any other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads and perform physical tasks.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management and handling equipment.
- Valid forklift operator certification is a plus.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and overtime as needed.
