Implementation Specialist [United States]


 

Description

As an Implementation Specialist, you will own positive customer relationships through effective software and product implementation. You will assist with gathering customer requirements, product installation, configuration to customer needs, product training, onboarding, and other go-live tasks. You won't be making cold calls, but you will spend the majority of your day talking to our customers over the phone, through chat, and email tickets.

You will ensure that communication is maintained between all stakeholders throughout the implementation process via regular progress meetings and written updates including meeting recaps, action plans, project plan reviews, etc. For post-implementation issues, you will be responsible for guiding the customer and the internal teams toward a resolution. This job may be performed onsite at a customer's location which requires travel and/or performed by phone/email at the company location. The starting salary for this role is $55,000-$60,000.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing large, complex, customer deals through the delivery of customized solutions
  • Pre-onboarding VIP Customers with Sales Team
  • 5% to 25% per quarter Out-of-State overnight travel, when needed

What you will bring to the role:

  • Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel required
  • Strong customer service skills and experience to serve client groups
  • Desire to learn, grow, and develop
  • Strong problem solving, decision-making abilities
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and organize workload in a fast-paced environment
