We are looking to recruit a Real Estate & Business Development Associate based in Istanbul, to help our growth.
What you will focus on:
- Complete market research for new apartments in targeted neighborhoods
- Respond to leads for new apartments that are directed from several different channels
- Present Blueground's value proposition, the essence of our business, and the benefits of our product and services to landlords and building managements to acquire required approvals
- Negotiate contract terms
- Manage and track paperwork of newly onboarded properties
- Track and execute monthly renewals of current properties
- Help team members on cross-functional operations/communications
- Communicate with landlords regarding company procedures
- Track legal processes with company legal team and supply updates to the landlords
- Manage off-boarding processes
- Manage important paperwork
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Comprehensive knowledge on real estate law and related documents (contracts, deeds and etc.)
- Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and verbal
- Proficient in G Suite and Excel
- Strong desire to obtain new skills and exposure to working in a professional environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with an eye-to-detail approach
- Quick thinker and deal maker
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Financial Acumen
- Entrepreneurial curiosity and can-do attitude suitable in a fast-growth, startup environment
