The role
We're looking for a Security Operation Lead to develop, implement and monitor effective security operation strategies.
You're welcome to work in our office in Tel Aviv fully on-site, or hybrid.
In this position, your responsibility will be to:
- Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of an effective security operation strategy to mitigate risk, maintain continuity of operations, and provide for the safety and security of our organization
- Develop security operation and systems that address Nebius unique security challenges and will provide direction and technical support in developing and maintaining partners programs business continuity and resilience systems
- Provide guidance on all matters relating to security risk identification, analysis and integration, and operations, security awareness and crisis management.
- Lead Nebius Crisis and Incident Response
- Review asset security strategy globally and develop a risk management strategy
- Manage the risk management program appropriate for all domains related to Cybersecurity, meeting the needs of various standards (i.e. NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 21434, ISO 27001, etc.)
- Develop a robust cyber threat intelligence (CTI) capability to inform all areas of the enterprise of emerging and applicable threats, including threat modelling and risk activities.
Lead a metrics program to support measurement of key-risk-indicators (KRIs) and key-performance-indicators (KPIs) that relate to Cybersecurity.
We expect you to have:
- 10+ years of experience in security operation management
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across multiple cultures.
- Experience in the development and rollout of organizational security operation, plan and procedures.
- Experience with planning, designing, building, and operating a modern Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Knowledge of Security Information and Event management (SIEM) implementation.
- Knowledge of vulnerability and threat management as well as threat intelligence services and practices
- Working knowledge of SOAR (Security Orchestration Automation & Response)
- Exposure to Incident Escalation Point management
- Broad understanding of operational security internally and under a commercial framework.
- Knowledge of the global landscape, and the competitive interplay between incumbents, emerging providers, disruptors and outsourcers
