What Makes You Special
  • 5 years of experience. You bring extensive experience in test automation, preferably in a senior or lead role.

  • Automation framework expertise. You have extensive knowledge and expertise in automation frameworks and tools such as Testrail, Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, Cypress, and/or others.

  • Coding proficiency. You know your way around with at least one programming language, preferably Ruby, JavaScript, or Python.

  • SDLC knowledge. You have a solid understanding of the SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

  • Leadership qualities. You have excellent mentoring and coaching skills, with a passion for developing and empowering your team.

  • Experience in cross-functional teams. You have experience in cross-functional product teams building SaaS products for different platforms (web, native Android, and iOS mobile apps).

  • Database know-how. You’re familiar with database testing and basic SQL queries.

  • Performance monitoring skills. You have experience with performance monitoring tools like Honeycomb.

  • Version control system credentials. You have a solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).

  • Team spirit. Your outstanding skills in organization and communication don’t just fit Meister: they make us better.
