Your Role
- You are responsible for the process customer orders in SAP and our order tracking.
- You communicate with our customers and review and maintain Forecast figures in SAP.
- You maintain customer master data and create customer complaints in SAP.
- You create credit and debit notes and return orders.
- You optimise order pattern.
About You
- You hold a degree of an apprenticeship in Business Administration (Industriekauffrau/-mann) or in a similar field.
- You ideally gained already experience in the Customer Service field.
- You are fluent, written and spoken, in English and have strong knowledge in German.
- You have strong skills in SAP and MS Office (Word & Excel).
You are looking forward to an unlimited full time (39h/week) contract.
