Job Description
- According to the company and workshop management system, responsible for completing the maintenance of power supply and distribution system and electrical equipment, regularly overhauling and troubleshooting equipment, ensuring the normal use of equipment and ensuring the smooth completion of production plans;
- Strictly abide by the company's various management systems, implement the safety operation procedures of the post, improve self-safety literacy, and hold certificates;
- Master the operation, technical condition and defects of the equipment, do the inspection and maintenance records on time and accurately, clean the maintenance site in time after maintenance, and ensure that the equipment can operate normally and quickly after maintenance;
- During the shift period, it is responsible for the close connection with the local power supply system, carries out unified scheduling of the power supply and distribution system of the whole plant, and carefully fills in the duty record and patrol inspection record, and strictly implements the shift handover system;
- When a power outage is required in response to a fault, a power outage notice should be issued to the person in charge of the electricity department in advance, and the department head and company leaders should be reported to the department head and company leaders for sudden power outages, and corresponding measures should be taken;
- Keep the ground and equipment surface of the power distribution room clean, keep the waterproof and moisture-proof work of the power distribution room, plug loopholes, and strictly prohibit small animals from entering the power distribution room;
- Keep the integrity of the fire fighting facilities in the distribution room at any time to ensure the normal operation of the emergency lights in the state of power failure;
- Responsible for the use and storage of equipment and tools, as well as the management of equipment accessories and spare parts;
- Complete other work items arranged by superiors.
