We are looking for a highly talented manager to join our unique team of Service Business Unit (SBU) Application group.

PDC Service Business Unit (SBU) is part of Applied Global Services (AGS) ; AGS is the partner for results. Our experts deploy advanced tools and data analytics to deliver long-term equipment value and the highest performance through service, equipment, and automation software.

What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for leading a global group of 9 Application Engineers, both individually and as a group, seeking collaboration, group bonding, knowledge sharing.
• Lead analytics tools Ideation; collect voice of customers, customers’ HVPs and translate into service products requirements; validated with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage analytics Digital Tools GTM – Marketing deck, strategy, Red team, execution.
• Execute analytics Digital Tools validation @ field; eval and Beta management.
• Manage analytics Digital Tools proliferation and adoption.

What you should have?

• Be familiar with Applied Materials and have a good knowledge of at least one of PDC products.
• 3 – 6 years of Application Eng experience; preferably App team leader / group manager.
• Experience in managing and leading a globally spread group.
• Experience in customers management; preferably Semiconductor customers.
• Travel – 10%
