Big Move Agency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media Specialist with a background in the media industry. As a Social Media Strategist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will play a critical role in enhancing our brand presence, increasing engagement, and driving audience growth across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective social media strategies to improve brand visibility and reach.
· Create and manage compelling social media content that resonates with our target
· Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
· Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
· Track and analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all social media platforms.
· Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.
· Identify and leverage new social media features and tools to drive engagement and stay ahead of the competition.
· Stay informed about relevant industry news and events and utilize them to create timely and engaging social media content.
· Stay up-to-date with changes in social media algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize organic reach.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· 3-5 years proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role within the media industry.
· In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
· Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content and interact with the online community.
· Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
· Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
· Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is preferred.
· Familiarity with media industry trends, content production, and distribution strategies.
