Looking for an Arabic Female Listing coordinator:
- Arabic / English speaking and writing
- Salary + Commission
- Minimum 6 months Experience at least in Abu Dhabi Real Estate Market
- Making calls to generate leads and availability
- Contacting landlords and owners of the properties of assigned areas to determine availabilities
- Compiling property data such as surveys and summary reports
- Finding potential clients and listing properties on different portals
- Assisting the sales agents in closing the deals and arranging to view etc
- Preparing offers and sales agreements
- Understanding the mortgage process and other services
- Assisting clients with the whole transaction
