Job Description:
As an Order Management Student, you will be a part of Cardo’s Supply-Chain team in the Operations department. In this position, you will assist in various tasks related to supply chain, order management, shipments, logistics, and more. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient order processing and seamless interface management for both RMA and Web orders. You will work closely with our ERP (Priority) system to manage and update order-related data accurately. This role requires good systems and data orientation, as well as a desire to learn and grow within the organization
Roles & Responsibilities:
- RMA & Web Order Processing: Receive, review, and process RMA and Web orders accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure that all necessary documentation and approvals are obtained before order fulfillment.
- Interface Management: Oversee the interface between RMA & Web order platforms and our ERP system (Priority). Troubleshoot and resolve any interface-related issues to maintain seamless order flow.
- Daily work with our international warehouses and EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services)
- Data Management: Enter, update, and maintain order data in the ERP system with meticulous attention to detail. Regularly audit the data for accuracy and completeness.
- Order Tracking: Monitor the status of orders through the entire order lifecycle, from entry to delivery, and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Support, purchasing, Digital, and marketing team, to ensure smooth order processing and resolve any order-related queries.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze order-related reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights to management.

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering /Supply chain management, logistics, or other analytical studies.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel.
- Comfortable working with ERP systems (experience with Priority ERP is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
